Acquiring New Subscribers: First things first, awareness! Do your customers even know that you offer such (an amazing) service? How is it positioned across your website and at what touchpoints in the customer journey? Together we’ll work on how to leverage your first party data for personalization for messaging at every step in the way with value propositions that resonate with that particular person. Or are we trying to reach entirely new customers to your brand? We can work on that strategy as well!
Retaining Subscribers: Now that we’ve got somebody to hit the subscribe button, what is that customer journey? We will work together to make sure that all touchpoints make the subscriber journey as seemless as possible. We’ll work on notifications (site, SMS, App, email) and curate them to give a best in class experience. We’ll make sure it is easy to pause, cancel, and update subscription preferences. We want subscribers to love the product so let’s make them feel special with how easy and great it is to use the service! We’ll also work through Subscriber only offers and rewards – and how to message and remind people of this – that make Subscribers feel as loved as possible!
Winning Back Churned Subscribers: Although our Subscription service will be seemless (and amazing), churn will happen! We will work on what this experience by putting together a test and learn roadmap to winback Subscribers. We will dig into the data to understand why subscribers hit the unsubscribe button and leverage consumer insights to just how to win them back. We’ll also leverage this data to improve the Subscription experience so that the Unsubscribe button is hit even less frequently!
